Your briefing will start at the time that you have booked.

You only need to pay for those climbing, whether they are 4 or 94. Spectators can enjoy watching their friends and family climb from our café area, which runs alongside the climbing arena. We know that having a family member to help and encourage you is important to many children and we endeavour to let 1 non climbing adult in the climbing arena with each climbing child, however if we reach our maximum capacity, the Duty Manager may ask non climbers to leave the climbing arena.
Young people, over 11 years of age can attend Clip ‘n Climb without an adult with them, however they need to be booked in by an adult who has signed their waiver – this can be done online.
During open climb sessions (standard climb), climbers need to be 4+ years olds.
Toddlers, 2+ years, are only able to climb during our Rhyme ‘n Climb sessions and our Family sessions, which take place at 9am Monday to Saturday throughout the school holidays.
Customers and guests are NOT PERMITTED to consume food or drink at Clip ‘n Climb Bicester unless it has been purchased from our on-site Café, except for weaning babies. You can bring your own filled water bottle to consume
during your session – but only water is allowed within the climbing arena.
The only other exception is linked to cakes for either a Famous 5, Snowdon, Ben Nevis or Everest birthday party, and this will be explained by our Party coordinator when making a birthday party booking.
Birthday cakes are not to be brought into The Clip ‘n Climb Café.
This is as part of our commitment to Natasha’s
Law.
We would like to Thank You for helping us better support people with allergies, by not bringing your own food, into the Clip ‘n Climb Café.
