Term Time Hours
During stage 3 of the government roadmap out of lockdown, you may book for a group of 6 or two households.
Only young children and those in receipt of DLA will be allowed a non climbing adult in the climbing arena with them. All other spectators must remain in the arena-side café.
Clip ‘n Climb is designed to be fun for EVERYONE regardless of ability! The difficulty of our challenges vary so there’s something for everyone to have a go at, from beginners to experts. Our staff will also be there to assist with those less confident.
Before you climb you will take part in a 15 minute safety briefing session and harness fitting, followed by 55 minutes in the arena and 5 mins to debrief and remove your harnesses.
Your briefing will start at the time that you have booked.
Yes, we have a car park at the front of the Centre. Please park sensibly within the marked bays.

Long hair must be tied back and all loose jewellery, hats or hooded tops must be removed prior to climbing for safety reasons.

Indeed we do. They are available to purchase online- please see the link on our menu.
You only need to pay for those climbing, whether they are 4 or 94. Spectators are required to stay in the café area, which runs alongside the climbing arena (although current Government regulations mean that numbers are limited). We can only guarantee the entry for booked climbers to our climbing arena. If you wish to accompany your child in the climbing arena, you will need to book yourself in to climb.
Young people, over 11 years of age can attend Clip ‘n Climb without an adult with them, however they need to be booked in by an adult who has signed their waiver – this can be done online.
During open climb sessions (standard climb), climbers need to be 4+ years olds.
Toddlers, 2+ years, are only able to climb during our Rhyme ‘n Climb sessions and our monthly Family sessions.
If you need to cancel your session due to a member of your household showing signs or symptoms of Covid-19, or you have been told to self isolate, we can re arrange your session to a date between 14 and 84 days from the date of the original booking.
If we are unable to host your booking on the date originally booked due to a National or Local Lockdown, you will be issued with a voucher code enabling you to rebook your session once the lockdown is over.
