For a standard climb session, you should arrive at the time booked – ready for your harness fitting and full safety briefing, followed by 55 minutes climbing in the Clip ‘n Climb arena. Clip ‘n Climb Bicester boasts more than 20 fantastic climbing lines suitable for a wide range of skill levels.

To take on this extra challenges, you must be more than 120cm tall and booked onto a climbing session at the same time.

Before your session, our arena staff will take you through the necessary safety brief and show you how to use our state-of-art automatic belay technology – called BelayMate. Then, go off and enjoy scaling our fantastic array of climbing challenges. Don’t forget to check out the Clip ‘n Climb Cafe too for a host of hot and cold snacks and refreshments!
From Toddlers to School Groups, Kids to Adults, Special Needs and Corporate Groups - Clip 'n Climb Bicester has healthy and fun activities for all.
Our standard climb sessions are suitable for all climbers aged 4years plus. Following your safety briefing you will have 55 minutes of climbing time. With over twenty walls to climb and each wall hosting three levels of challenge – there really is something for everyone.
During our Family Sessions, we welcome toddlers aged 2 & 3 years to climb in our super cool full body harnesses. Each toddler will need a non-climbing adult to assist them – as the adult is not climbing and their feet will remain firmly on the ground, you do not need to book an adult in with your toddler. As this session has less climbers in, it is also ideal for those with children who may find our standard sessions a little busy.
Family sessions run Monday – Saturday @9am throughout the school holidays
A Group exercise class bringing together a combination of HITT, circuits and climbing for the optimum strength training workout. Fit ‘n Climb will help you you achieve strength, keep fit, and stay healthy.
Fit ‘n Climb takes place every Wednesday 7pm – 8pm. If it is your first class please arrive at 6:40pm to have a practise climb before the class.
Our toddler sessions not only embrace your little ones love of climbing but also develop their confidence, communication and coordination.
Each 90 minute session is broken down into four parts – Stories and Songs to develop your child’s speech and language skills, Climbing to develop their gross motor skills, Snack time – where we have a fruit based snack and Craft – to develop their fine motor skills.
Rhyme ‘n Climb runs in 4 week themed blocks, during this time you will see your toddler growing in confidence as they get to know our session leaders and the climbing walls.
Rhyme ‘n Climb runs term time only on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings at 9:3oam.
Our next 4 week block commences the week of September 6th.
ALPS – Agility Learning and Problem Solving – is a fun, progressive climbing programme designed to develop coordination, confidence and fitness skills in a friendly and safe environment.
Split into three levels, at level one children will learn how to use different hand holds and different ways to traverse when climbing. As they move onto level two they will learn how to use a variety of climbing equipment and knots. In level three children will continue to develop their climbing skills as well as learning basic first aid.
Each level last 6 weeks with each hour long session taking place on Monday evenings.
As of July 19th, our staff will continue to wear face coverings whilst putting your harness on and taking your harness off. We encourage customers to wear face coverings where and when they feel appropriate.
This August our Fit 'n Climb is just £4! Fit 'n Climb is our adult exercise class which takes place each Wednesday at 7pm.
