Children will take part in an extended safety briefing, where they will not only learn to be safe in our climbing arena but also learn about the different parts and safety aspects of their harness.
Before their climb, they will learn what it takes to be the best climber, both in terms of skill and mindset. As our climbing arena hosts a variety of hand holds, we will then learn some basic techniques to try out whilst climbing.
Your group will have exclusive use of our climbing arena, including the Vertical Drop Slide for those climbers 1.2m+.
Each climber will leave with their own ‘Reaching New Heights’ badge.
£430 exclusive use for up to 30 climbers

Following a 15 minute safety briefing, your group will have exclusive use of our climbing arena for 30 minutes of climbing. This session does not include the Vertical Drop Slide.
Squash and water will be available for your group throughout their climb time.
Once we have received your information, we will book your session in.
You will receive an invoice for a 25% non refundable deposit. We will then confirm your booking and send you our information pack.
Five weeks before your booking we will confirm final numbers and invoice you for the remainder of your payment which is due 4 weeks before your session.
As part of your booking we will provide you with a risk assessment, activity provider statement and insurance details.
Pre-booking of your Clip ‘n Climb session is highly recommended as our sessions fill up quickly.
It is not the responsibility of Clip ‘n Climb Bicester to know whether or not a customer is medically fit and able to climb. All participants must make Clip ‘n Climb Bicester staff aware of any past or existing injuries that may affect your participation. If you are in any doubt about your ability to participate, we advise you to speak to a member of Clip ‘n Climb Bicester staff. By taking part, you acknowledge that you are in a fit state of health to participate and do not have a medical condition that may be triggered or aggravated by participating in activities in the climbing arena.
Please keep jewellery to a minimum and tie long hair back before you arrive.Loose fitting clothes and trainers are recommended.
Only closed toe shoes are allowed. For safety reasons, we cannot allow sandals, flip flops, or Croc style shoes into the Clip ‘n Climb Arena.
Weight Restrictions – The minimum weight you have to be is 10kg and the maximum weight restriction is 150kg. This is to allow our Auto Belay to function safely.
For ALPS and Rhyme ‘n Climb sessions, you will need to provide us with at least 28 days’ notice prior to the first session that you would like to cancel; we will refund all monies paid, minus an admin fee of £5 per child. If you give us less than 28 days’ notice, no refund is available. Please allow 10 working days to process refunds. We cannot offer refunds for missed days due to illness.
For standard climbing bookings you can amend your booking up to 48hrs in advance of your booking date.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your booking conforms to the details outlined in the waiver and the government guidance at the time of your climb. If your booking does not conform for any reason, access will not be permitted and a refund will not be issued.
For Exclusive Climbing Sessions and Corporate Events, you can amend your booking up to 4 weeks in advance of your booking date.
Unless we are unable to provide the service, we do not offer refunds unless under exceptional circumstances. If an enforced closure is placed on the business by an enforcing body, meaning we are unable to host your climb on your original day of choice, a voucher to the value of your booking will be issued to enable you to rebook.
