Celebrate your special day with friends and family by hosting your birthday party at Clip ‘n Climb Bicester!
Parents, we take all the stress out of organising your child’s birthday party. Having won the Little Ankle Biters Best Party Venue Award in 2021 and 2022 we are confident that your child will have a great time and leave with a huge smile on their face. Please be aware, all climbers attending birthday parties need to be 4 years+ therefore our Birthday Party packages are suitable for 5th birthdays and upwards.
All our parties last for an hour and 45minutes. Starting with a safety briefing, children then have 55 minutes of climbing, before enjoying their birthday tea in one of our private party rooms.
Please note the Vertical Drop Slide has a 1.2m minimum height restriction

3 PEAKS PARTIES: Cheesy stuffed crust pizza, tortilla chips, popcorn, donut and a Polar Krush drink
SNOWDON, BEN NEVIS AND EVEREST PARTIES: Cheesy stuffed crust pizza, tortilla chips, popcorn and a Polar Krush drink
FAMOUS 5 PARTIES: Cheesy stuffed crust pizza and squash
At the weekend, we offer our Snowdon, Ben Nevis and Three Peaks parties, if you are looking for a smaller weekend celebration please book your climbers into a standard climb session and order your food at our café on arrival. Please note, we do not allow food from off site to be consumed in our café.

CAN WE HAVE EXTRA TIME IN THE CLIMBING ARENA? We are afraid all our sessions are 55 minutes. If one of your guests arrive late they will be able to climb until the end of the session, no extra time will be given.
CAN I ADD MORE GUESTS TO MY PARTY? We are unable to add guests to your party package. We want you to get the most enjoyment out of your party. Our party sizes are based on the Party Rooms that they take place in, we do not want the children to be too squashed whilst they enjoy their birthday tea.
WHAT TIME WILL MY PARTY ROOM BE READY? We will let you into your party room 10 minutes before your party time.
CAN I ORDER EXTRA FOOD? Extra food can be purchased from our café on the day of the party – our party food is prepared with children’s recommended portions in mind – as we want to provide a healthy treat birthday tea.
CAN I BRING DECORATIONS? Our Party rooms are brightly decorated – you are welcome to bring helium balloons, but we do not allow banners, Piñatas or glitter cannons as we want to keep our rooms nice for all to enjoy.
DOES EVERYONE IN MY GROUP NEED TO COMPLETE A WAIVER? You need to complete the waiver for your whole group. As the lead person, you are responsible for your group and their behaviour.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD? You are welcome to bring a birthday cake to enjoy the celebrations, we will supply a lighter to light the candles, and a knife for you to cut the cake. However, no other food is to be brought on site. This is part of our companies’ commitment to Natasha’s Law and the protection of those with allergies.
DO GUESTS’ PARENTS NEED TO STAY? Parents are welcome to stay in our arena side café area. We do ask that guests parents do not go to the briefing room to prevent overcrowding. However, guests’ parents are also welcome to go off site leaving their child in the care of the hosting parent.
CAN WE HAVE EXTRA TIME IN THE PARTY ROOM? We host many parties each week, so ask that you stick to your time slots. If you stay in the party room beyond your allotted time, you will incur a cost of £20.
