*Term Time Only Session

Day Package £15 per child
Minimum of 15 children
Maximum of 60 children
Available Tuesday and Friday 10:30am – 2pm

Our school days runs from 10:30am – 2pm giving you time to get to us and back to school all within the school day.

Children will take part in an extended safety briefing, where they will not only learn to be safe in our climbing arena but also learn about the different parts and safety aspects of their harness. They will then have 55 minutes of climbing to explore our climbing arena.

After an active morning, we will provide you with a lunch room to eat your packed lunches in. Before their afternoon climb, children will learn what it takes to be the best climber, both in terms of skill and mind-set. Having explored the arena in the morning, children will then be taught climbing skills such as crabbing and foot matching, which will enable them to achieve our extended challenges.

To end your day with us, children will learn climbing knots and the basics of belaying. We will provide you with a risk assessment, activity provider statement and insurance details for your group, the opportunity for a pre site visit along with squash and water for your class, during their session.

Things to consider:

When booking, you must decide what level of support your child needs based on their age, confidence and ability. We encourage all parents to interact and share the Clip ‘n Climb experience with the children in their care, whether this is as a ‘clipper’, from our arena side café or by climbing with your child.

School bookings must be pre booked.

If one parent or guardian is bringing multiple children, some of which are not their own, that adult is responsible for that group.

Loose fitting clothes and trainers are recommended.

Only closed toe shoes are allowed. For safety reasons, we cannot allow sandals, flip flops, or Croc style shoes into the Clip ‘n Climb Arena.

Please keep jewellery to a minimum and tie long hair back before you arrive.

Weight Restrictions – The minimum weight you have to be is 10kg and the maximum weight restriction is 150kg. This is to allow our Auto Belay to function safely.

Please ensure you arrive in time to be booked in and make it to your safety briefing. If you should arrive late we may not be able to fulfil your booking (no refund or amendment will be offered).

Loose fitting clothes and trainers are recommended.

Cancelling Policies:

For ALPS and Rhyme ‘n Climb sessions, you will need to provide us with at least 28 days’ notice prior to the first session that you would like to cancel; we will refund all monies paid, minus an admin fee of £5 per child. If you give us less than 28 days’ notice, no refund is available. Please allow 10 working days to process refunds. We cannot offer refunds for missed days due to illness.

For standard climbing bookings you can amend your booking up to 48hrs in advance of your booking date.
